Liability Waiver

I, the undersigned, acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in wellness services provided by INARA Sanctuary. I understand that:

• These services are complementary wellness treatments and are not a substitute for professional medical treatment, diagnosis, or advice.

• I have disclosed all relevant medical conditions, injuries, and health concerns to my practitioner.

• I understand that there may be risks associated with wellness treatments, including but not limited to soreness, discomfort, or aggravation of existing conditions.

• I release INARA Sanctuary, its staff, and practitioners from any liability for injuries or adverse effects that may occur during or after treatment.

• I consent to the practitioner adjusting techniques as needed for my safety and comfort.
