Terms & Conditions
By making a booking with INARA Sanctuary, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking & Payment
- A 50% deposit of the total session fee is required to confirm your booking.
- The deposit can be made via PayNow, and proof of payment must be provided.
- The booking remains unconfirmed until the deposit is received.
2. Rescheduling
- Clients may reschedule their appointment once, provided the request is made at least 24 hours before the original appointment time.
- The deposit will be carried forward to the new appointment slot.
- If a rescheduling request is made less than 24 hours before the appointment time, the deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required for any future bookings.
3. Cancellation
- If a client wishes to cancel their appointment entirely, they must do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
- In this case, the deposit will be refunded in full.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
4. Late Arrival
- If a client arrives late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time.
- No extensions or pro-rated refunds will be given for time lost due to late arrival.
5. No-Show
- Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice (a no-show) will result in the total forfeiture of the deposit.
- The client will need to make a new booking and pay a new deposit for future sessions.
6. Final Payment
- The remaining balance of the session fee must be paid in full upon the completion of the session.
7. Changes by INARA Sanctuary
- In the unlikely event that INARA Sanctuary needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will notify you as soon as possible.
- You will have the option to reschedule your appointment or receive a full refund of your deposit.
8. Acceptance of Terms
- By proceeding with your booking and paying the deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
